From Good to Grape: How Gallo tightened up its Six Sigma Green Belt training

Historically, Gallo relied on a mix of legacy, proprietary Six Sigma learning materials, and LinkedIn Learning to train prospective Green Belts, but the results were merely good rather than great. When the winemaker decided to move in a different direction and create a new training program on their own, they quickly encountered several challenges.

For example, Gallo needed to create an experience that included both in-person
and remote learners, incorporate a self-paced learning approach, and tie in use cases specific to Gallo’s business operations to ensure that Green Belt certification would produce the optimal business results.

Recognizing that they lacked the internal resources and expertise to quickly create engaging course experience, Gallo brought in the Oxygen Exp team to help design and create the winemaker’s Green Belt
training process.
